Description
I understand that this might not be "art" for some people.
The story behind this is simple:
I wanted to know how people see time, and how its perception changes from one person to another. It's a simple quartz clock I built from scratch, but it has two features normal clocks usually don't have: hundredth of seconds are displayed and it has a programmable divider.
This means that you don't get bored quickly while waiting between seconds and people don't know if they are real seconds, or if they're shorter/longer than usual.
That way, it can be given to friends/coworkers who work under deadlines without them knowing about what's going on. I'm curious to see if it really changes something, even if there's a 5 minute drift per day.

This is very interesting, and handbuilt you say, thats very good. A clock that shows miliseconds, and a programmable divider, thats very neat!
